As soon as you reach the 3rd rank in your career path (Commander Fanatic / Specialist Fanatic) you are entitled to sign up for missions. Different missions have different requirements - this can include higher career rank or that previous missions have been completed. Completing a mission gains you one box + one choice promo card, in addition to a medal that will be displayed next to your name in the Hall of Fans.

Every mission can be completed three times - completing missions multiple times 'upgrades' your medal for that mission.

If you choose to accept a mission, you will have a period of two months to complete it. Some missions can be completed in less time whereas some will require the full duration. As soon as you complete a mission, you can accept another.

If you fail your mission (do not manage to complete it in the allowed time) you will be given a grey mark next to your name in the Hall of Fans. To remove it you will need to successfully complete a mission. Failing a mission whilst you have a grey mark will give you a black mark (requiring two completed missions to remove). Failing again whilst you have a black mark will result in you losing one rank in your career path.

  The Missions

		Contests MX-CON-0			Previous Requirements: Commander Fanatic / Specialist Fanatic			mission Specifications: Enter all monthly contests during a two month period (currently 8 contests total). You are not required to place in any of the contests, only enter them.
		Donations MX-DON-0			Previous Requirements: Commander Fanatic / Specialist Fanatic			mission Specifications: Submit all monthly donations during a two month period. This does not include Image Donations.
		Master (Start) MX-MA(S)-I			Previous Requirements: Commander Fanatic / Specialist Fanatic			mission Specifications: Master one card set from scratch within a two month period. You do not have to nominate which card set you intend to master, but it must be a card set that you own less than 5 cards (and no partial masteries) from when you accept your mission.
		Master (Start) MX-MA(S)-II			Previous Requirements: Major Enthusiast / Sergeant Enthusiast MX-MA(S)-I & MX-MA(A)-I			mission Specifications: Master two card sets from scratch within a two month period. You do not have to nominate which card sets you intend to master, but they must be sets that you own less than 5 cards (and no partial masteries) in each when you accept your mission.
		Master (Start) MX-MA(S)-III			Previous Requirements: General Devotee / Sergeant Major Otaku MX-MA(S)-II			mission Specifications: Master three card sets from scratch within a two month period. You do not have to nominate which card sets you intend to master, but they must be sets that you own less than 5 cards (and no partial masteries) in each when you accept your mission.

		Cards MX-CA-II			Previous Requirements: Major Enthusiast / Sergeant Enthusiast MX-CA-I			mission Specifications: Collect 400 cards during a two month period. All cards must be earned after you accept your mission.
		Cards MX-CA-III			Previous Requirements: General Devotee / Sergeant Major Otaku MX-CA-II			mission Specifications: Collect 500 cards during a two month period. All cards must be earned after you accept your mission.
		Otaku (Mastered) MX-OT(M)-I			Previous Requirements: Commander Fanatic / Specialist Fanatic			mission Specifications: Complete an Otaku Card for a card set that you have already mastered. You must not have more than two stickers from the set when you accept your mission. You must activate your card and follow normal Otaku rules and requirements for your career path to complete it.
		Otaku (Mastered) MX-OT(M)-II			Previous Requirements: Major Enthusiast / Sergeant Enthusiast MX-OT(M)-I			mission Specifications: Complete two Otaku Cards during a two month period for card sets that you have already mastered. You must not have more than two stickers from each set when you accept your mission. You must activate your cards and follow normal Otaku rules and requirements for your career path to complete them.
		Otaku (Non-Mastered) MX-OT(NM)-I			Previous Requirements: Major Enthusiast / Sergeant Enthusiast MX-OT(M)-I			mission Specifications: Complete one Otaku Card (during a two month period) for a card set that you have not already mastered. You must not have more than two stickers from the set when you accept your mission and no more than 25 cards. You must activate your card and follow normal Otaku rules and requirements for your career path to complete it.
		Otaku (Non-Mastered) MX-OT(NM)-II			Previous Requirements: General Devotee / Sergeant Major Otaku MX-OT(NM)-II & MX-OT(M)-II			mission Specifications: Complete two Otaku Cards during a two month period for card sets that you have not already mastered. You must not have more than two stickers from each set when you accept your mission and no more than 25 cards in each. You must activate your cards and follow normal Otaku rules and requirements for your career path to complete them.
		Trades MX-TR-I			Previous Requirements: Major Enthusiast / Sergeant Enthusiast			mission Specifications: Trade 100 cards within a two month period.
		Trades MX-TR-II			Previous Requirements: General Devotee / Sergeant Major Otaku MX-TR-I & MX-CA-I			mission Specifications: Trade 200 cards within a two month period.
